Digital products are delivered instantly via a secure download link and/or WhatsApp/email message, typically within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
Download links remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Buyers are advised to save their purchased files locally within this period.
In the event of a technical delivery failure, the buyer should contact support with their order ID; N.odo will investigate and re-issue access where the purchase is confirmed as paid.
As all products are digital, delivery is not affected by the buyer's geographic location, save for applicable payment method restrictions.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are complete, functional, and match their product description at the time of listing.
Delivery confirmation logs (timestamp, download token issuance, access logs) are retained and may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
